Universal– Situated just a short distance from the historical Paphos Harbour, Universal has a wealth of amenities and facilities right on the doorstep.  Thanks to its desirable location and excellent transport links, Universal is attractive to both residents and tourists, as well as property investors.  There are many bars, restaurants, shops and other amenities either within Universal itself, or in nearby Kato Paphos and the Harbour, all of which can either be accessed on foot, by car or by the regular buses that service the area. 

Chlorakas– Boasting a highly convenient and central location, Chlorakas is considered a prime residential area. Situated halfway between Paphos Harbour and Coral Bay, Chlorakas is within easy reach of all local amenities and everything that the two separate resorts have to offer.  Within the village itself there are a wealth of shops, bars, restaurants, and other facilities.  Lower Chlorakas also enjoys a desirable coastal setting which makes it a popular choice for both residents of Paphos, as well as those seeking a relaxed holiday retreat.

Emba– The perfect blend of a traditional village environment and modern day facilities and amenities.   Ideally suited to those seeking the peaceful village life, while still being close enough to everything one could possibly need.  Within the village itself there are a handful of taverns and coffee shops, small mini markets and other amenities.  There are also a number of churches and schools within the area.  Emba is roughly halfway between Paphos Harbour and the resort of Coral Bay,  and just a short drive away from a choice of beaches and other attractions.

Konia– Located just on the outskirts of Paphos, Konia is extremely popular with both locals and also residents of other nationalities. Located within the village are small shops and kiosks and several traditional tavernas. Nearby is the International School of Paphos, the General Hospital and a plethora of retail shops. Access to the highway is only a few km away, and Paphos Old Town and the harbour area are also all within a short driving distance.

Peyia– Situated 14km from Paphos town, Peyia has become one of the most desirable areas for both residents as well as tourists of all nationalities.  The village itself is home to multiple bars, restaurants, shops and other amenities and enjoys a real community vibe.  Thanks to its hillside location, many parts of Peyia offer views over the sea, as well as nearby areas of Coral Bay and Paphos. Peyia is just a short drive away from the lively resort of Coral Bay, the traditional winemaking village of Kathikas, and the unspoilt Akamas Peninsula.

Sea Caves– This scenic area boasts a fantastic coastal location and is famous for its natural beauty and geological interest. The Sea Caves area is located just a short drive away from the blue flag Coral Bay beach, the bustling village of Peyia, and The Akamas Peninsula. All amenities are also close by including bars, restaurants, shops, a medical centre and an international school.

Kouklia– Located approximately 16km from Paphos town, Kouklia offers its residents the perfect mix of traditional village charm and modern conveniences. The picturesque village square is dotted with numerous tavernas that often host live music, for an authentic Cypriot experience.  Just outside of the village, the famous ‘Petra tou Romiou’ or Aphrodite’s Rock sticks out from the sea.  According to Ancient legend, this is where Aphrodite, The Greek Goddess of Love and Beauty, was born.  Kouklia is situated just off the highway that connects the entire island,  and is also near to Paphos airport.

Kato Paphos– With the historical harbour at its centre, Kato Paphos boasts a wealth of amenities and facilities, all of which are easily accessible on foot, by car, or via the reliable bus services. The harbour itself offers a laid back vibe during the day and night, with a multitude of restaurants and bars to be discovered.
